Dial-a-Journey by the Brownhill Foundation is a door to door community transport service for people who have a mobility problem, and who cannot use conventional public transport. Dial-a-Journey by the Brownhill Foundation Blackburn first started with the aim of providing affordable and accessible community transport for residents of the Blackburn and Darwen area.
We would not be able to provide all of our services without the combined support it receives here in the Blackburn and Darwen area. We are a charitable company and are mainly funded by the local authority with additional and much valued support from the local community.
Demand for Dial-a-Journey by the Brownhill Foundation services has grown considerably in recent times, and we aim to be around for a long time yet. We look forward to welcoming you on board with us in the future.

Our Day Trip Club compliments our Ring & Ride service by offering day trips out to the seaside, market towns and country pubs for lunch at weekends.
